Job Overview

Empower Therapy Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to support children from birth to age three and their families during the most crucial years of development. In this early intervention role, you'll use a family-centered coaching model approach—partnering with parents and caregivers to help them implement strategies that promote their child's growth and success in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of pediatric development, is compassionate, flexible, and eager to continue learning. An openness to the coaching model is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Teamwork is at the heart of our culture—we thrive on shared insight and support. Our dynamic team currently includes SLPs, OTs, PTs, and Special Educators. Therapy sessions take place in the child's natural settings—whether at home, daycare, or out in the community—creating meaningful, real-world impact. This is a per-visit position (typically 10–25 hours per week).

Empower Therapy Group offers more than a job—we offer a supportive, inclusive environment that values your voice and professional growth. Together, we deliver top-tier care across all services, all while championing work-life balance, compassion, and excellence.
