Hotel Housekeeper

Comfort Suites Scranton is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As an essential part of our hospitality staff, you'll help create a clean, welcoming environment that enhances each guest's stay. Your commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort directly contributes to our high service standards and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to brand and safety standards
• Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop to maintain a spotless environment
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and linens in both guest rooms and public spaces
• Immediately report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the management team
• Safely operate and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies
• Work closely with fellow housekeeping team members to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning is a plus
• Familiarity with custodial procedures and hotel cleaning standards
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, comfortable spaces
• Time management skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
