• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Barista Responsibilities – Included but are not limited to the following:

• Promote coffee consumption by educating customers about our menu and products

• Preparing hot and iced coffees and teas with the highest quality standards

• Maintain excellent customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages as well as complete assigned tasks from management daily

• Grinding and setting brewing equipment accessories and supplies

• Complete assigned tasks from management daily including opening and closing side duties, inventory control, and counting the drawer

• Develop and create new coffee and tea ideas--we encourage you to show off your skills

• Ability to operate a POS cashier system

• Assist with coffee, food, and juice bar inventory

• Clean and sanitize work area, services area, equipment, utensils, dining area, and restroom area
