Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guests
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Follow established safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for timely resolution
• Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
• Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required
