Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the hospital, ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and common spaces daily.

• Replenish supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used properly.

• Follow infection control procedures and proper sanitation standards.

• Respond to housekeeping requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Support team members and promote a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; healthcare experience a plus.

• Familiarity with cleaning protocols and infection control practices.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
