Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation and documentation of loan applications and approvals.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for mortgage consultants.
  • Maintain and update client records and files accurately.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management.
  • Coordinate communication with lenders, clients, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with mortgage and loan processes is a plus.
