Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver restaurant-quality meals in a refined, service-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in all kitchen areas.
• Assist with prep work, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet service timelines and guest expectations.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
