Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently
  • Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive attitude to resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain guest relations by offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs throughout their stay
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards
  • Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
  • Support multilingual guests by communicating fluently in at least two languages, enhancing overall guest experience
  • Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, security protocols, and guest confidentiality at all times

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service background with a passion for hospitality and guest relations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests
  • Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
  • Experience handling night audit procedures or similar administrative tasks is a plus
  • Knowledge of resort or hotel environments to understand the nuances of guest services in hospitality settings
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
