Office Dispatch Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dispatching, Inventory management, logistics, and fleet management. If you possess strong communication skills and excel in planning, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations

• Manage employee time tracking
• Utilize FieldEdge Management systems for efficient dispatching
• Manage Inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries from our vendors
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Implement transportation plans to optimize routes and schedules
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with FieldEdge Dispatch Management, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of transportation planning and fleet management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $40,000.00 per hour
