Position Overview
The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for cost and pricing, keeping systems updated with cost from vendors and pricing to customers. Other responsibilities include maintaining accuracy in existing price agreements, cost changes and updating customer pricing contracts. The role requires strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain data integrity in a working environment with rapidly shifting priorities. This position reports directly to the Pricing Manager and indirectly to the Director of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and implement cost and price changes
- Work on various projects to clean up pricing files and data
- Enter and maintain customer pricing contracts that include rebates & accruals
- Maintain and update pricing databases for products and services to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
- Complete cost and price increases in Dynamics 365 via Microsoft Excel upload or manual entry
- Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather pricing information and ensure alignment with business goals
- Make calculations based on cost, margins, and adjustments
- Maintain price accuracy in the systems while meeting time requirements / target dates
- Help follow / enforce workflows and business processes
- Think both strategically and analytically to identify new opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
