Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Must have weekened ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all guest requests are noted.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Experience with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is preferred.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Fine dining experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is essential.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and food safety regulations is required.
