We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy General Manager who can lead our teams, elevate our programs, and help grow our business. If you thrive on solving problems, uplifting people, and making things happen, keep reading.

What You'll Be DoingLead & Develop the Team

Mentor, motivate, and hold all coaching staff accountable.

Directly manage and lead our Health Coaches, serving as their supervisor and performance driver.

Manage trainer and childcare schedules

Conduct staff evaluations and support development across all programs

Coach your team on member engagement, retention, and communication

Step in to coach or cover shifts when needed

Maintain strong, clear communication with ownership and leadership

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue by increasing memberships, health coaching enrollments, and 360 PT participation

Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives across all programs

Coach staff and Health Coaches on sales conversions and retention strategies

Track sales metrics and report growth to ownership

Ensure every revenue opportunity is captured without sacrificing member experience

Member Success & Programming

Conduct new member onboarding and movement assessments

Oversee programming for Large Group, 59+ Masterclasses, and 360 PT

Plan and run workshops, Masterclasses, and specialty training events

Monitor member results and provide feedback to coaches and Health Coaches

Facility & Operations Management

Oversee inventory and supply management

Maintain Optisign and member milestone tracking

Run InBody Reviews and manage MIA reports

Keep equipment and facility safe, clean, and fully functional

Enforce cleanliness and operational standards with the team

Elevate the Member Experience

Respond quickly and effectively to member needs

Create a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

Ensure all programs, including Health Coaching and Group Training, deliver a consistent, high-quality experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

Three to five years of fitness leadership or management experience

Proven success in sales, upselling, and revenue generation

Experience supervising and developing Health Coaches or wellness professionals

Strong coaching and programming background

Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Adaptable and comfortable wearing all the hats: coach, mentor, sales leader, facility manager, operations guru

Pay: $40, $45,000.00 per year
