Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for order processing.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences, showcasing culinary knowledge.
• Support team members during busy shifts by helping with various tasks as needed to enhance overall service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing orders accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
