Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Skytab POS system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion.
• Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Experience in guest relations and providing exceptional hospitality is essential.
