About Tjoapack
Tjoapack is a global contract packaging organization (CPO) specializing in pharmaceutical packaging and supply chain management. With more than 30 years of experience, we process millions of medicine packages every year for over 40 countries worldwide. Headquartered in the Netherlands and operating in Clinton, TN since 2021, our mission is to make the pharmaceutical supply chain safer, more reliable, and focused on patient well-being.
As a Packaging Operator, you'll be a key part of the production process—helping to package pharmaceutical products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict quality standards. This hybrid role combines traditional line operation duties with significant involvement in quality assurance, label technologies and stock coordination functions. You'll assist with inspections, documentation, and inventory handling to support seamless production and regulatory compliance.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values precision, and thrives in a collaborative environment where every task contributes to delivering safe medicines to patients worldwide.
A Day in the LifeAs a Packaging Operator at Tjoapack, your day is shaped by the flow of production and the needs of the operation. You may begin your shift on the packaging line—setting up components, supporting equipment operation, and keeping materials moving to meet production schedules. As priorities change, you may rotate into stock coordination, staging components, reconciling counts, or ensuring materials are available and ready for the next run. At other times, you may support the label cage, assisting with label issuance, returns, and organization based on daily production demands. Depending on the day, you might also complete QA Technician–support activities as needed. This can include completing equipment challenges under approved procedures, assisting teammates with the correct execution of work instructions, and helping ensure documentation and line activities are performed accurately. You'll work closely with production-focused teammates to reinforce expectations, answer process-related questions, and support smooth, compliant execution of each task.
This cross-functional approach means no two days are the same. Your ability to move between packaging, materials coordination, label control, and quality-support tasks helps keep operations running efficiently while ensuring work is performed consistently and according to established procedures. Your flexibility and teamwork directly support safe, reliable production from start to finish.
