NPC Financial is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support our growing financial services team. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, client-focused, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call prospective clients to schedule appointments with Financial Advisors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Identify potential opportunities for advisors and help drive new business activity.
• Support Advisors with pipeline development and appointment management.
• Represent NPC Financial with professionalism, integrity, and client-first communication.

Licensing Requirements

• Must hold a 215 Life, Health & Annuity License, or be willing to obtain it upon hire.
• Training and support available for candidates pursuing licensing.

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients over the phone.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for financial services and helping clients.
• Prior sales, outreach, or customer engagement experience is a plus, but not required.
