Compensation: $50, $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

Position Summary:
The Operations Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting regional operations by ensuring smooth daily processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and providing coordination across systems and teams. This position focuses on operational efficiency, financial tracking, and project support to help drive performance and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations by adhering to company policies, programs, procedures, systems, and guidelines.
  • Systems & Process Management: Provide support across financial systems, work order management systems, and other operational platforms as needed.
  • Financial Coordination: Support and report on accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) to help ensure optimal cash flow and accurate financial tracking.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects as assigned by the Manager, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Operations Team and senior management to support coordination and delivery of regional operational activities.
  • Regional Operations Support: Serve as a resource for the operations department within the assigned regional territory, helping drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients.
  • Experience with financial processes (A/P, A/R) and operational systems preferred.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
