Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and thrive in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring all beverages are prepared to quality standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Uphold food safety standards related to beverage service, including proper glassware handling and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events like nightclub nights or private parties.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet halls, or food service environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and alcohol service regulations.
• Proven ability in customer service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, food safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
• Skills in time management, multitasking during high-volume periods, and maintaining composure under pressure.
