Duties
- Support property managers in daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination
- Manage tenant inquiries via phone, email, and online portals with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with lease administration, including preparing contracts, renewals, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law
- Maintain accurate data entry within property management software BUILDIUM expertise is a must.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and track work orders using Facilities Management systems
- Prepare filing systems for contracts, tenant records, and compliance documentation; ensure confidentiality and organization
- Support conflict management efforts by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally while upholding lease agreements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Buildium property management software; experience with data entry and record keeping. Monitor tenant payments activity and identify delinquent accounts.
- Issue late notices, pay quit notice and lease vio
- Knowledge , Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law
- Strong understanding of legal contracts, lease negotiations, and conflict resolution strategies
- Office experience demonstrating effective phone etiquette, filing skills, and administrative competence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with tenants, vendors, and team members remotely
- Skills include experience with lease renewals & move out.
- Must be able to do eviction of pee dee surrounding area as needed coordinating the eviction process in full compliance with local state, and federal laws. This role requires execution to protect the owner interests while ensuring legal compliance.
