This position is essential to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. Responsibilities include picking items from shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are accurate before they leave our facility. The role involves a significant amount of standing, walking, and lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. We are committed to workplace safety and require all associates to use the appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Ensure all order details are correct and match the items packed.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear designated PPE at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting items up to 30 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse safety.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
