Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and inventory management.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining an organized environment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely (certification may be required).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
