Join our fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic individuals to become an essential part of our order fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders (picking) and then securely and efficiently packaging these items for shipment (packing). You will ensure that orders are picked and packed with speed and accuracy to meet our customer's expectations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This includes adhering to all company safety regulations and consistently wearing the required PPE . This role involves continuous movement, including walking, standing, bending, and frequent Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds. Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial, but we provide thorough training for motivated candidates. Understanding warehouse layouts and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key. This position is crucial for our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
