We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics strategy. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from shelves, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks, which include regular Lifting. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the consistent use of required PPE are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stage products for outbound shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.
- Perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
