This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics operations, involving the efficient handling, storing, and movement of goods within the facility. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and preparing them for dispatch. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, diligent, and possess a strong capacity for physical work, including frequent Lifting. A commitment to safety is non-negotiable; you will be required to adhere to all safety regulations and wear the necessary PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock products on shelves and in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Perform regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with other warehouse functions as needed to support logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred.
- Physical ability to handle frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse practices and logistics.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
