Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is pivotal to our efficient logistics and distribution process. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for outgoing delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Ensure the correct use of PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Support the logistics team by ensuring smooth workflow and timely order processing.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
