We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be a vital part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, making you an integral part of our warehouse success. You will work closely with a team to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure that all products are stored and handled correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
