We are looking for a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, carefully packing products to prevent damage during transit, and generating shipping labels. You will work closely with a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a strong commitment to workplace safety, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety guidelines. The role involves frequent Lifting of items, with boxes potentially weighing up to 40 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
