We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our busy facility in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a crucial role within our logistics network, responsible for the smooth handling and movement of goods. As a Warehouse Worker, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory efficiently.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and protocols.
- Utilize required PPE diligently.
- Perform duties involving significant Lifting and physical exertion.
- Support overall logistics operations with dedication.
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
Prior warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Understanding of Safety procedures and willingness to follow them. Reliable and punctual. Team player with good communication skills. Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management is advantageous.
