Our Minneapolis, Minnesota location is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. This key leadership role involves coordinating logistics, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE and ensuring all team members follow safe lifting and operational procedures. You will work closely with management to optimize warehouse layout, improve processes, and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain principles. You will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our entire warehouse operation.
