We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be instrumental in supporting our logistics network, contributing to the overall success of our distribution efforts. This is a physically demanding position in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring careful handling of merchandise.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Follow all established safety procedures and regulations.
- Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure worker safety.
- This role requires sustained physical activity throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting, with a capacity of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
