Are you a tech-focused Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of people and technology? Join our growing team based in Royal Tunbridge Wells, working in a hybrid model that blends onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
The Role As a Business Analyst, you will sit at the heart of change. You’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for ERP and broader IT platforms, ensuring that solutions delivered meet real business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Gathering requirements: work with stakeholders to capture and document detailed business needs.
Mapping processes: analyse current workflows and design improved future‑state processes.Aligning delivery: collaborate with product and technical teams to validate feasibility and prioritise requirements.
Testing & quality: support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations.
Driving improvement: recommend system and process enhancements based on insights and feedback.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a big plus).
Understanding of Agile delivery and cross‑functional team environments.
A sharp analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience with reporting or visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
Knowledge of API integrations and connecting systems.
Familiarity with Python or basic scripting.
Odoo certification or hands‑on configuration/customisation experience.
