Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a
Sales Negotiator . This is a full-time, permanent position located at
Chester , with a realistic OTE range of
£28,000 - £30,000 pa .
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed.

Previous sales experience.
Has a natural selling ability.
Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
Is articulate & a strong negotiator.
A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial
