As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care and fostering positive patient experiences. You will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to provide comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and specialized treatments. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care while maintaining a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.
*What you’ll do*
* Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
* Conduct a variety of dental procedures, including dental extractions, root canal therapy and prosthodontics.
* Utilize advanced technology and software (Dentrix) for effective patient management and medical documentation.
* Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.
* Engage with patients and their families to provide education on oral health and preventive care strategies.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient comfort and efficiency.
* Stay current with advancements in dental practices, techniques, and terminology to provide the best possible care.
*Experience*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid dental license in the state of practice.
* Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge is essential for accurate diagnostics.
* Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and patient care best practices.
* Ability to perform oral surgeries as needed while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: $601.61 - $724.52 per day
