The Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our commercial team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our sales and marketing programmes to individuals and organisations, building strong relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about sales, learning, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective learners and business clients
Present and sell training programmes via phone, video calls, and digital channels
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to enrolment
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion rates
Represent the brand professionally at all times
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in presenting solutions and handling objections
Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented
Interest in sales, marketing, or professional education
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential
