Your Job As a Sales Executive, you will make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company to achieve monthly sales targets. You will prioritize customer needs, guide them to the best plan, and maintain a reliableabag pipeline using Salesforce, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Main Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly impacting earnings পো career growth.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding healthcare needs and offering tailored solutions.
Master global health‑insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements confidently.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve both individual and shared success.

Use Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track progress.Sell with integrity and build trust with each customer interaction.
Keep accurate records and files to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Knowledge Needed
Experience in outbound telesales to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a责任 supportive team.
Skill in securing deals and exceeding customer expectations.
Empathetic and efficient customer needs assessment.
Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication.
Informed decision‑making capability.
Prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and navigation of systems.
Adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards, e.g., FSMA.
What We Offer Shift patterns: Monday – Friday (8 am – 4 pm, 9 am – 5 pm, 10 am – 6 pm presto, 12 pm – 8 pm) with one late shift per week. 4 weeks of training on startuwa. A multicultural, hybrid working environment: 2 days from home, 3 days in the Glasgow office (Mon–Wed). Uncapped bonus scheme with monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives, lunch allowance, pension contribution, private medical insurance, and educational development programme.
