Role Description dek role descriptionਸੀਂ? This is an on-site, full-time role based in Rosyth. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide kitchen design solutions, and create detailed plans using design software. You will guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to finalizing the design and purchase. Delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on kitchen trends are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Experience in kitchen design, space planning, and proficiency in CAD-based software or similar design tools
Sales and negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Passion for interior design and staying updated on the latest industry trends
Availability to work on‑site in Rosyth with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
Prior experience in kitchen design or retail sales in a similar field is an advantage
