Overview As a Customer Sales Supervisor you will lead and inspire a team, build customer loyalty, and provide first‑class service while ensuring safety for colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the highest standards of service by helping customers on a first‑name basis.
Handle service requests, provide product information, prepare quotes and support customers through their purchase.
Ensure safe and correct movement of products around the branch.
Qualifications & Experience • Ability to provide great customer service. • Experience in a supervisory role.
