We are seeking dedicated and efficient Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and carefully packing them for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. You will work closely with inventory management to ensure stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a keen eye for detail to minimize errors. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using handheld scanners or order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Adhere to all lifting guidelines and use equipment appropriately when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
- Participate in all required training sessions, including safety and operational procedures.
