Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and versatile Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is integral to the efficient operation of our distribution center and plays a significant part in our Logistics network. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your ability to work effectively across different warehouse functions will be key to success. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. You will be expected to adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures and to correctly use all required PPE . This position requires physical stamina, involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and the capacity for Lifting items up to 50 pounds.   • Perform a range of warehouse duties, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Accurately record and track inventory movement.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Wear and maintain all assigned PPE , including safety footwear and eye protection.
  • Meet or exceed productivity targets and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking procedures.
