You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for our logistics partners. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and correctness.
- Pack products using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages with shipping information accurately.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Support overall warehouse operations as needed within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets.
- Proficiency in basic math and measurement.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform lifting tasks up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and protocols.
