We’re using a collection of technologies that include Go, Postgres, GraphQL, Protobuf, AWS and the Solana blockchain. We’re looking for someone who is product‑oriented and cares about how people will use and interact with the software they’re building. You’ll be a key part of building and defining our product, our infrastructure, and our culture for years to come. We’re looking for someone who cares about people, craft and quality and who likes to move fast. Responsibilities
• Shape and iterate on backend services that can scale to billions of users. • Build and maintain distributed systems using Go and other core stack technologies. • Own features from early exploration through release, iterating based on customer feedback. • Collaborate closely with front‑end and product teams, ensuring a seamless product experience. Qualifications
Eager to learn and grow as an engineer; you may not yet have experience with all our technologies but you’re excited to dive in. Drive to build for billions of people, from ground up. Proactive ownership; enjoy solving problems even when answers aren’t obvious. Committed to building a team, not just joining one—happy to ask questions, share learnings, and support peers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable with ambiguity, both technically and organizationally. Own problems from end‑to‑end, from early exploration to customer release. Will share work early; happy to publish when ~70% complete. Why join us?
