Duties
Register new applicants.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and potential buyers.
Arrange and conduct viewings.
Record, negotiate and present qualified offers.
Provide viewing feedback.
Generate new valuation opportunities.
Requirements
UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a residential sales role.
Hours Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 6:30 pm, Friday 6:00 pm finish, Saturday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm with a day in lieu.
