DTG Global is working with a large UK organisation that is strengthening its network and cyber security capability as part of a wider IT transformation programme.
Base pay range This role is looking for an experienced Network & Security Manager to take ownership of network resilience, cyber risk, and incident response across a complex, multi‑site environment.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the organisation’s network and cyber security landscape, including risk management and incident response
Leading and improving network architecture, security controls, and monitoring
Working closely with internal IT teams, senior stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers
Driving security improvements in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
Supporting delivery of a broader IT strategy focused on modernisation, flexibility, and resilience
What they’re looking for
Strong experience across enterprise networks and cyber security
Comfortable taking ownership of security risk and operational incidents
Experience working with third‑party suppliers and managed services
Able to balance hands‑on technical understanding with leadership and stakeholder engagement
This role would suit someone who enjoys improving environments, tightening controls, and making a tangible impact rather than inheriting a static set‑up.
