*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children with communication and developmental challenges.
At our center, we understand the complexities of working with children with special needs. We are deeply committed to supporting our therapists by providing *comprehensive resources, and strong team collaboration*—including close partnership with our behavioral team to assist with any challenging behaviors a child may exhibit. Our goal is to ensure every therapist feels equipped, valued, and empowered to help each child reach their fullest potential.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct speech and language evaluations for children with diverse needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Provide direct therapy services in collaboration with families, teachers, and other providers.
* Track progress, document sessions, and adjust goals as needed.
* Participate in team meetings and share insights with parents and caregivers.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent).
* Current state license required.
* Experience with children and/or individuals with special needs strongly preferred.
* Strong communication skills with both children and families.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
