*Position Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled *Web Designer/Developer* to join our in-house team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will design and build high-performing, conversion-focused websites using leading e-commerce and CMS platforms. The ideal candidate combines outstanding visual design and UX/UI expertise with strong front-end development skills to create fully functional, responsive, and SEO-optimized sites that drive leads and results.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Design visually stunning, user-centric websites with a strong focus on UX/UI best practices, branding alignment, and conversion optimization.
* Develop and customize websites on platforms including *WordPress* (with WooCommerce), *Shopify*, *Magento*, and similar e-commerce/CMS systems.
* Write clean, semantic *HTML*, *CSS*, and *JavaScript* to build responsive, fully functional e-commerce and lead-generation sites from concept to launch.
* Implement custom themes, plugins, templates, and integrations to meet client-specific requirements.
* Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure websites support performance marketing goals, including fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
* Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization for cross-browser/device compatibility and performance.
* Maintain and update existing client websites, incorporating new features and improvements.
* Stay current with web design trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to elevate our deliverables.
*Required Qualifications and Skills*
* Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce and professional service websites (law firm or lead-gen experience is a plus).
* Exceptional web design and UX/UI skills, with an eye for clean, modern, and professional aesthetics.
* Proficiency in *HTML*, *CSS*, *JavaScript*, and basic front-end coding to build and customize fully functional sites.
* Hands-on expertise with *WordPress + WooCommerce*, *Shopify*, and/or *Magento* (including theme customization, plugin development, and e-commerce setup).
* Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume agency environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
*Preferred Skills*
* Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or Elementor/Divi for WordPress.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices, page speed optimization, and basic accessibility standards.
* Experience with custom integrations, APIs, or lead-generation features.
