Creation of models and drawings of components and systems for use on JCB Material Handling machines using Siemens NX and Teamcenter. Compiling documentation and data for production release of components and systems through Teamcenter. Managing offshore design work with the JCB Design Centre in India. Working closely with our Test & Development team to understand and improve machine performance. Estimating the cost of components and assemblies. Participating in DFMEA and Risk Assessment on new and changed designs. Taking part in engineering problem solving activities including 8D and the use of other related methods. Producing documentation demonstrating design compliance with regulatory requirements. Providing direct support for manufacturing, assembly and quality functions for problem investigation and resolution, including the use of 8D and other problem solving methodologies. You have relevant experience and can work independently, applying engineering first principles to develop robust solutions. You hold a qualification in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with strong attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset. You're confident working under pressure, managing deadlines, and planning work effectively You can communicate clearly and concisely across all levels. You have experience working with a 3D CAD package (Siemens NX preferred) You're able to work effectively as part of a team. What happens next?
