Role Summary: Coordinator, Resource Management (Scheduling) works closely with the Scheduling team to proactively schedule files as they come in. The coordinator collaborates with managers to assess resourcing needs and make strategic scheduling decisions. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a great sense of urgency are important skills in this role.
As a Coordinator, Resource Management (Scheduling) your responsibilities will include:
• Create solutions for scheduling conflicts by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues
• Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs
• Make timely changes to schedules as needed
• Participate in the integration process with a focus on data clean up, intakes and understanding immediate needs
• Proactively advise Resource Manager, Scheduling of resource constraints or capacity
• Comfortable working with high volume and time sensitive tasks
• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Chair internal meetings, as needed

Think you've got what it takes to be a Coordinator, Resource Management (Scheduling)? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:
• Post-secondary education in business, administration or a related area
• Minimum 2 years working experience in an office environment, ideally in professional services
• Experience with MS D365 is considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interact with all levels within the organization
• Proven client service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly, with a sense of urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills, organized, eye for detail, quick study, curiosity to learn, high integrity of work quality
• Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities

We benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors, and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current. But we don't stop there. We also consider the unique strengths, experiences, and impact each individual brings to the table. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $54,000–$60,000 in Vancouver. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
