In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Safety Database Management Intern

Main activities

• Ensure reliable migration of cases from ARISg to ARGUS safety database: mapping of fields, follow up with the provider and quality check of the final data.
• Implement a dashboard tool for managing the case processing performance.
• Contribute to the creation of a secure AI-based tool to assist in extracting key information from adverse events reports and in optimizing data entry in the safety database.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g. IT, Data management, PMS).
• Document all implementation steps realized to ensure the continuity of the projects.
• Presentation of results in a clear manner adapted to the target audience.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a life science, healthcare or IT-related field.
• Proficiency with safety databases, data analysis, and strong computer literacy, including programming languages (e.g.  Python, SQL), dashboard tools (e.g. PowerBi).
• High level of organizational skills, ability to comply with procedures, good time management and ability to effectively establish priorities.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Competency in analytical skills and orientation to detail, openness to feedback and commitment to applying it in work.
• Good understanding of safety issues/adverse events management.
• Fluency in English and French.

Duration: 6 months of internship (start date ASAP)
