Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, following the recommended cycle visit plan.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions: sales, communication, events, transactions, presentations on our CRM platform.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Set up and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate HCPs on the benefits and usage of our products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay up to date with advancements in medical technology and any changes in regulations that may affect the use of medical devices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in the promotion and sale of medical devices.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or related field in the Aesthetic / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication to convey value propositions, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to understand complex medical and technical information and convey it effectively to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good command of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
