Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use RF scanners or manual methods to track picked items and update inventory.
- Verify item accuracy and quantities before proceeding to the next order.
- Transport picked items to the designated packing stations or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring clear picking paths.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including correct lifting procedures and PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Meet established productivity standards for order picking.
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or order details to a supervisor.
